Resort Living on Cocoa Beach— Heated Pool, Private Beach & All the Extras

I’m not a fan of the next air conditioner system that turn off on its own. And I like hot water to bath in. The place is very cute and clean and convenient . The owner addressed problems quickly. And was very kind and helpful.

We were in town for our daughter's softball World Series at the Space Coast Complex. We wanted to find a place on the beach that had a pool for the down time between the long days at the field. Scott's place was perfect for the 4 of us! We had chairs, toys, and the beach umbrella for the beach days! There are board games and books to enjoy while relaxing on the beach. The drive was only 30-35 mins to the complex so it was perfect! Very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! We got to watch satellites launch and find lots of sand dollars, crabs, and beautiful shells. Scott was extremely helpful and even provided complimentary early check in which was amazing to go ahead and get an extra day at the beach. We will be staying here the next time we come to Cocoa!

Scott’s condo was perfect for my stay. Our company was involved in a project at the Kennedy Space Center and needed many days to be on the project. This condo had every amenity needed for a comfortable stay, a fully stocked kitchen with appliances, a fully stocked linen closet, beach chairs and towels, and a full sized washer and dryer in the unit. Essentially right on the beach a mere 75 steps away.
